Blood Drive 16th to 22nd June 2026

Live music and giving back – two incredible experiences that will go hand-in-hand this summer, with a new collaboration between Metallica and the Irish and Northern Irish Blood Transfusion Services. Metallica urge fans to give blood and help keep hospitals stocked across the country. 

Metallica and its foundation, All Within My Hands, is encouraging fans in Ireland - North and South - to give blood around Metallica’s Dublin gigs on 19th and 22nd June.

By rolling up a sleeve to give blood, the Metallica Family can help trauma victims, those facing cancer, new mothers, people living with blood disorders, and so many more.

Giving Blood Rocks!

People across Ireland are already 'Hardwired' to help others, and we'll go to 'Hell and Back' for our community. It's all part of our 'Attitude' and giving blood is one more way to be the 'Hero of the Day'. You don't need to be a 'Master of Puppets' to bring a friend along and get that 'The Unnamed Feeling' from saving lives. When you need a life saving blood donation, 'Nothing Else Matters' except a donor 'Pumping Blood'.
